Thank you for shopping with GDS. All of our products are crafted with intention and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is received with a manufacturing defect.

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accommodate returns based on incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is defective or was damaged during manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

To submit a claim:

     - Email us at theofficialgds5@gmail.com

     - Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose between:

     - A free replacement, or

     - A full refund issued to your original payment method

 

What Qualifies as a Defect

     - Faulty stitching or seams

     - Material flaws

     - Tears or holes not caused during shipping

     - Missing or incorrect items

 

What Does Not Qualify

     - Wear and tear from use

     - Incorrect sizing ordered

     - Color variation due to lighting/screen display

     - Improper washing or handling

 

Shipping Costs

In the event of a return for a defective item, GDS will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
